Google Chrome’s Popular Dinosaur Game Gets A Fresh Coat Of Paint For The Olympics, dinosaur game is an internet sensation, which is ironic since you can play it only when your internet isn’t working. For one reason or the other, everyone’s familiar with a game and some even have painful memories associated with it, but the reason we’re talking about it today is very different.
Google Chrome’s Popular Dinosaur Game Gets A Fresh Coat Of Paint For The Olympics
The legendary mini-game is all set to get a makeover, courtesy of Google, of course, that celebrates the upcoming Tokyo Olympics 2021.
As a part of the update (via Android Central), the Chrome dinosaur game will now feature a splash of color in its usually monochrome interface. The ever-running dinosaur will begin in its usual self, and shortly after, will acquire the Olympic Games torch. As soon as the dinosaur picks up the torch, your character will load within the avatar of one of the sports that will be played at the Tokyo Olympics 2021. While the effective game is still an infinite runner like it always has been, the theme can be changed at will.
So far, I’ve seen four different sport renditions of the Chrome dinosaur game already, representing hurdles, horseback riding, pole vaulting, and running, and many other sports should also be present within the game. To change the sort of sport anytime, simply refresh the page, which will load a new character for you to set a fresh record with. This new rendition of the game will likely last till the end of the Olympics, but it’s not clear how long it could last.
Interestingly, you do not get to be offline or have internet downtime to play the sport. To access it any time, simply open the Google Chrome browser, and sort chrome://dino within the address bar to open the sport at any point. The Chrome dinosaur game is now live for the browser on all platforms, so you’ll play it on any device that you simply would want to.
